With a curriculum running from September 2012 to May 2013, children are introduced to the musical arts and singing through song, games rhythm and Orff instruments.

The commitment to this choir involves a weekly one-hour rehearsal, weekly musicianship and theory, several annual performances including performing at each of our self produced concerts and no out-of-town travel. Cherub choristers may expect to miss an average of two half-days of school.

Weekly two-hour rehearsals, sectionals, theory, individual vocal coaching and musicianship programs are all a part of the choral program at the Senior Choir level. The Senior Choir begins each season with the annual choral retreat weekend. Choristers must commit to numerous performance opportunities in the community, as well as out-of-town. The Senior Choir undertakes a major tour every other year with the next tour taking places in summer of 2014.

  • Chamber Choir...(Mondays 8:15pm - 9:00pm; select Tuesdays 7:30pm - 9:00pm)

Chamber Choir members are frequently called upon to serve as ambassadors for our community and leaders within the organization. This small group of dedicated choristers performs extensively and receives more opportunities to travel.

  • Boys and Young Men's Choir: A Few Good Men...(Saturdays 9:00am - 12:00pm)

Our newest choir is comprised of boys from our Cherub, Intermediate and Senior Choirs along with young men with changed voices. The new ensemble will provide gentlemen ages 7 - 24 the opportunity to continue singing in an safe, supportive and exciting environment. Rehearsals intersperse time spent on singing technique and repertoire, with teambuilding activities that focus on creating a strong camaraderie between the boys and young men, who will provide mentorship in the ensemble.
